Built Different. Since 2014.
We build production technology in the environments where it has to work.
Engineers who stay until it works.
Five friends started Crystal Delta in 2014 with a clear point of view: outcomes matter more than presence, and the people who build a system should be the ones who stand behind it.
A decade later, we're 200+ engineers across Melbourne, Chennai, Aruppukottai, and Princeton — working in banking, energy, healthcare, financial markets, logistics, and education. Industries where the stakes are real and the systems have to run.
What hasn't changed is who we are. Engineers who find hard problems genuinely interesting. People who stay through the difficult parts — not because the contract requires it, but because they want to see it work.
Four things we believe. And they show up in the work.
We don't run workshops that produce roadmaps and nothing else. We don't prototype and walk away. Every engagement is scoped around a system that has to run in production, and we stay until it does.
The engineers who design a system are the engineers who deploy it and support it. When something needs fixing at 2am, the people who built it are the people who fix it. That's not a policy. It's how we hire.
AI accelerates our delivery. It doesn't replace the judgement, domain knowledge, and care that makes a system safe to run in a regulated environment. Every AI-generated output is validated by an engineer before it ships.
We name the work. We name the outcomes. We name the clients where we have permission to. If we can't be specific, we don't make the claim. We'd rather stay quiet than overclaim.
Four locations. One team.
Our engineers are spread across four cities and three continents. Each location has its own leadership, its own culture, and its own contribution to the work. What holds it together is a shared standard, for quality, for ownership, and for what it means to stay until something runs.
Home to our founders, leadership, client relationships, and engineering delivery. Where Crystal Delta began.
Engineering leadership and delivery. Our largest team and the backbone of our production capability.
Engineering and development, anchored at the APK Incubation Centre.
Our US presence, supporting clients and relationships in North America.
We're always looking for people who want to build things that matter.
Not every role we hire for is posted. Some of the best people on our team came to us through a conversation, not an application. If you're an engineer who takes ownership, finds hard problems interesting, and isn't satisfied until the system runs, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
