HFC Bank is a Fijian bank which provides a range of innovative and competitively priced financial solutions.

HFC were in the process of shortlisting responses for their Core Banking solution. The analysis and evaluation of these responses were taking too long and the complexity of the solutions were of major concern as the benefits of the investment required didn’t align with quantifiable business benefits.

HCF therefore contracted Crystal Delta to assist them in assessing their current position, aligning business strategy with technology architecture and roadmaps. Further, they wanted a framework for making the strategic decision around replacing their core banking system.
