FMF is a manufacturing and wholesale business where margin visibility and inventory accuracy are competitive differentiators. Their legacy ERP was providing neither. Business decisions were being made on stale, incomplete data — and spreadsheet-based costing processes were creating inconsistency and delay across the organisation.

Crystal Delta designed and built a cloud-based data warehouse, ETL engine, and data lake — with daily sync from the legacy ERP — replacing spreadsheet processes with a purpose-built web application for costing and margin analysis.
